Exporting from Reckon to Excel 2013

I am a Reckon Hosted Account user - I also have Excel 2013 on my laptop - and I can't seem to export reports to Excel through Reckon Accounts

    Hi Roanne,
    What is happening specifically when you attempt your export? Are you receiving an error message or is anything else happening? 
    Has it worked for you on previous occasions successfully? ie. is it a new occurrence?

    I can't find file after I've exported from Reckon - doesn't open up Excel with exported file or report?
