Exporting memorised report and losing information

We have a memorised report with multiple names selected. Every time we go to export the report we noticed some names have dropped off. Go back in and modify and yep, names are unticked.  Any advice?

    When you export a report, you have to remove custom filters...as they may not apply to the company file that the export file is imported into - so the best you can do is choose all the generic filters you need - then when you have imported the report - you will need to reselect the custom filters and memorise it again.

    Hi Heather

    If/when you added any extra ticked names to the list did you re-memorise the report, if you make any changes at all you must re-memorise.   If you have memorised the report, open, check all the names are ticked first before you export, this will see if it is the memorised part that isn't working or the export part.

    I presume you are exporting to excel or pdf.
