Exporting to excel stopped working

I have been told that I can not help this as it is due to the fact that my computer is now going through a different server desktop version unable to communicate with the new server Reckon is using - is this correct?  If I log in with my colleague's computer I have no issues.
I can now only create CSV files which is frustrating.

Make sure you have a licenced version of Excel installed

Thanks John - it should licenced.  Purchase new version in March 2019.  The exports only stopped working a few months ago.
