Failed email invoice - MapI error code 80040115

When emailing invoices I get the following message: (MapI errorcode 80040115 (277) at line 1026 in sendermail.CPP)
This has happened subsequent to advice from a Reckon sales consultant (we were considering going to Accounts Hosted) who who advised on changes to enable direct importing of bank statements. That advice did not work, we had to reactavite the program & now email faulty as above.
Using Reckon Accounts Premier 2013.

Hi Michael,

In regards to the above error message it can be due to the incompatible email software "Windows Live Mail" or if you do not have "Microsoft Outlook" installed on that PC.

Reckon Accounts software is only compatible with Microsoft Outlook 2003, 07, 10 and onwards

If you are using Windows Live Mail please try this guide:

If you have Microsoft Outlook installed on the PC and still getting the MAPI error code then try to skip to the bottom of the guide where it has "Additional Information" and you can attempt that fix for adding 

[DEBUGGING]
SIMPLEMAPI=1

to the bottom of the QBW.ini file.

I had trouble with this error code.. I suspect after an outlook update. I used the debugging option and it worked.
