Failure of payslip email batch

When emailing a batch of payslips from Reckon 2017, one payslip was sent to all employees in the batch.  Have not had this problem in 7 years of emailing payslips.  However, this was the first batch since upgrading to 2017 earlier this week.

Kevin, I don't have the answer but I certainly don't like the sound of what has happened.  If this is a bug, it is going to cause enormous problems with integrity of the system.  One hopes that Reckon will get onto this very quickly.

I suspect the problem lies in the creation of the PDF. If Reckon uses a temporary location for the PDF, and this storage is not cleared correctly or the next PDF is not written correctly, then I can see how the first file created (in a batch) could then be sent to all members of the batch.  But right now it's a huge problem for me as this is a massive breach of privacy.
