I am using QuickBooks Premier Plus Edition 2014 and can not get the QB timer pro working. We tried to import the .iff file and it gives me the error : "fatal error: Field HIDDEN is missing from import/export file on line beginning with VEND." Please help! What can I do to repair this issue?

Hi Tara, are you using Reckon Accounts (Premier or Plus?) or QuickBooks produced by Intuit Inc (USA)?

Hey Tara, would love to be able to help, but we only provide support for the Australian range of products. For support with the US range by Intuit, please see: https://community.intuit.com/
Oh....I posted there with no response or help. I found this hoping to find an answer. :(

Hi John,

Have you ever been able to get the IIF file to successfully work for you or is this the first time you are using it?

Can you post an example of your IIF file that does not contain any sensitive information?

The PDF document http://examples.oreilly.com/9780596804039/appd.pdf
in the answer on the Intuit community post might work for your situation.
