Open your ABA file in notepad and make sure that it balances. For the bank to give you an error message it means that somewhere you have changed something and the bank can't read the file and make it balance.

Check the set up on your bank account in Reckon and see if you have selected the tick box in "Include Balance Record". Some banks require this line, others do not. If in doubt check with your bank.
