Have Trial version just wanted to asked a simple question, why want it accept my customers email address, says its not in the right format, it is! I have been on hold now for 31/2 hours all up and cannot go any further with my book work until I get an answer regarding why the correct email address is not accepted.  If this is the norm think I might cancel the trial version and go with Xero :-( Know its tax time and very busy so not too annoyed, but still very frustrating.

Thanks for raising this and sorry to hear you've had a rough time in getting help when you've tried to call in.
