Finalising STP if Empdupe Lodged

I decided to lodge my EmpDupe file to the ATO rather than finalising STP as i had errors with the salary sacrifice amounts through STP. I have since rectified this problem as there was an issue with the S/S payroll item. What do i need to do now to close off STP year before I add todays wages to the reckon portal.

    If you have lodged an Empdupe file - then dont upload an End Year STP file... just leave it and start adding the new years wages..
