Free Reckon CTP App

Hi, I have downloaded the free App Reckon STP, signed up however I am having trouble navigating the app. Once signed in I select 'Continue' the next page asks "Has you paid any of its employees on or after 1st July 2019?" I press 'Yes', my employees are already added so I press 'Looks good, co' and the next page is a thumbs up saying 'All done. From now on, when you pay your employees, simply rec'. I have to close down the app as it will not allow me to do anything else.  It's as if its frozen. There are no menus to select from. It doesn't look right & was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.

Close the app in full and swipe it away from your running apps.
Give it a minute or two and then reopen it.

Hi Rav, I have just done what you advised however when reopening the app 'Has paid any of its employees on or after 1st July 2019?  Yes or No" appears on my screen.

Hi there, I have had the exact thing happen to me. Ive just put in my first pay run on the free reckon app and got the thumbs up, so not sure if its gone through to tax office,  and i have cleared my screen a couple of times and keep getting the same question "have you paid any employees on or after 1st July 2019 and dont see any menus to select from either.

My problem wasn't solved so I decided to buy MYOB Account Right Plus which includes CTP.  Very easy to use & I speak to a person when I phone the help line who actually wants to help solve any queries I have.  I haven't looked back - MYOB all the way :)
I have deleted the App as no one was interested in helping me & I wasn't going to buy a Reckon product if the service is that bad.
