G10 G11 not generating on BAS statement 2019 R2

Since upgrading to Hosted 2019 R2 I am trying to generate the BAS statement for last qtr but the G10 G11 fields don't allow the codes nor does it generate the information.  Please help.

    HI Eric.  Simpler BAS reporting was introduced on 1/7/2017 for small businesses with a GST turnover of  less than $10 million.  As such you only need to report labels G1, 1A and 1B.  This is the reason that the labels must be greyed out on your Reckon BAS.  

    When running your BAS and hitting the Config button, there is an option to tick Simpler BAS which then results in no information being generated for the labels that you mention.
