Hi, I was just wondering if there is a way to see a list of General Journals, like a register of General Journals so you can quickly find something that someone else has done or quickly see what number you are up to? Like the list that shows at the bottom of the screen when you are creating a GJ? Thanks

Too easy. Go to the edit menu. Then find. Then click on the advanced tab. Scroll till you see Transaction type. Select Journal. Voila. Kevin t : 0407744914

Hi Tara,

Further to Kevin's comment, you can then modify the report to remove and add any columns you wish and you can sort by transaction number or date or whichever of the columns are there.

Kind regards,
