Getting calls from ATO said they haven't received any reports but my Reckon account showed success status...plz help!!!

I've received a phone call today from ATO said they haven't received any reports from my account but my Reckon account showed success status...could you please help me with this issue? I've attached my company ABN along with the page I saw from the app. Many thanks :)

Hi there Eva,
This sounds very odd. Did you let the ATO know that you've submitted a pay run for your ABN already and that is shows they've approved it?

Yes and that is why they asked me call my software holder to find out what is wrong here. :(

How many pay runs have you submitted from the app at the moment Eva?
Just the one above or more/multiple?
If its more than just the one, are they ALL showing up as 'Success' or have some returned an error?

Sorry to ask something so basic, but is the ABN showing in your app from the screenshot above, the correct ABN for your business?

Hi Rav,
Just one pay run submitted from the app at the moment and I will process another one at the beginning of next month. 
The ABN showing in my app is the correct ABN for my business.

Hi Eva,
I've asked our STP team to look into this and they've confirmed that this pay run has not just been sent to the ATO but they've also accepted it and we have a message back from them with the receipt number.

They've advised that the best thing you can do is to call the ATO back and tell them that you have indeed successfully submitted and the software provider has provided your SBR receipt (which is sent & accepted from the ATO and that receipt is against your business).

I'll send you the receipt number via email to the email address registered to your Community account now.
