Getting rid of the ?GET STARTED ? screen,

When I sign in to Reckon I always get the ´GET STARTED´ screen, although I indicate that I am already a user. Can anyone help me to get rid of this screen?

Welcome to the Reckon Community.
There are a number of reasons why you are experiencing this behaviour and they are outlined with workarounds in the article: Last file opened does not open when Reckon Accounts Personal launched.
