Hi Bryan,
Can you give me a bit more info please.
Which Reckon software & edition are you using? Could you post a screenshot of the error message you're receiving (use the camera icon in the forum reply section to upload an image).

Where specifically in the Verify Data process are you encountering this message?

Hi Bryan,

The instructions have just been sent to you via email.

Can you clarify whether you were:

a) Opening a QBW file in the newer product version
b) Restoring a backup file (QBB)
c) Restoring a portable file (QBM)

Are you still able to open the data file in your older software version?

Recommend that you send us:

1) The current damaged data file in its original QBW form that is able to be opened in the older software

2) Any good older backup sets or current backup set (QBB)

I am working on QuickBooks 2011-2012 and when I verify the data I get that error in the log file.

How do I send the file and from where?

Hi Bryan,

We responded to your original request on the 26th June.
It was sent to the email address you indicated when you submitted the request.
That message to you contained the instructions on how to send us the data file.
(Please check your junk mail folder)

We are awaiting a copy of your data file so we can begin an analysis.

Regards,

Data Recovery Team

Did you check your junk mail folder?

We had already responded and sent those emails to the original address you have provided, whilst we have now re-sent it again, we also recommend that you request a new case and provide a different/alternative email address.
