Getting weird totals after downloading prices

Over the last few days, am experiencing another problem in Home & Business.  When I download the daily prices, I am getting weird totals in one of my super accounts such as $1,000,000.00 up which would be great if it were true or the figure is down.  I have checked the downloaded prices and they are correct but can't find anything in transactions to show where the discrepancy is.  I have repeated the download and still comes up the same.  Each time I have to restore a correct version of the file which I keep on my desktop.  I have tried entering the prices manually but even after one change, I get these crazy totals.  Anybody else experienced this problem?

Hi Carl,
You might have already checked this over but I'll add a link to a KB article below which somewhat sounds like the situation you've outlined.

Strange prices downloaded for a share

Thanks for that, Rav.  Not quite the same as mine was a fund that is not updated by One Step Update and I input prices manually.  Having said that, it appears that Reckon has somehow loaded the Security List with a stock price that is about $18 up back to 2001 and I only bought this security in October last year.  All the prices were fine up until a week ago so seems very strange that this should happen now.  Anyway the problem is solved and appreciate your help.  All I have to do now is re-enter all the prices!
