When I login into the STP app on my iPhone and enter my ABN our organisation comes up and when I select it I am told it is already registered and asks me to login and so I go around in circled. My email is email@example.com and the ABN is 88 372 172 114.
Hi Doug, The ABN that you've listed above has already been registered into the STP app back in June 2019. It is however, under a different email address to the one you've supplied above which is why that error message is appearing for you now.
You just need to ensure you login with the same email address & password that was used when the account was first created.
