Going from Multi to Single user

We have been using Reckon for some time with users of 13 or more. In the last couple of days when ever we are trying to switch to single user it does so but in the process kicks the user out saying that someone else is now in there in single.

    I saw this happen a few weeks ago.  Had me stumped for a while till I realized it only happened when he logged in from a laptop that was using a different connection eg:  terminal server of some sorts.  Cannot remember the specifics of it but made sense in the end.  Hope that helps
