Every time I back up my laptop to my Google Drive, my Reckon icon no longer links to the data files. The files appear to be there but I cannot open them. The error box suggests I contact Reckon support. Has anyone else had this problem?
Reckon does not support cloud based files - that is why you could not find them. Cynics say because they want to move all of us to their cloud based solution, and give up our period licenses. The workaround I use, is that my current files are located on my hard drive, and I copy them every week to the cloud. You can actually find the files in the cloud, manually, as it appears you have discovered, and use that process, but the files get unstable when located in the cloud from my experience.
