Hi,

We have trouble with single touch payroll Connect Gov setup when we tried to verify the ABN.


It shows 'Sorry, that ABN has already been registered.' and doesn't allow us to go further.


The ABN is 94059195231.

I tried to unsubscribe and re-subscribe previously and I am not sure if it is the reason to cause the problem.

Can someone please help?  Thanks in advance

    Can anyone please help? Tried to post, email and call for the whole week but the problem is still existed. One of technician guy promised he will solve the problem and asked me to wait 24 hours. but even though I have waited 2 days, he hasn't solved my problem at all and not even send me any response. What terrible customer service it is!!

    Try entering a different Branch No. ie if you used 001 try 002
