I need to know how to change my Reckon Portal account to connect to GovConnect. I've just read that it needs to be set up with User name rather that User ID. Is it possible to cancel my set up and start again please?
Hello Rav, Thank you for your response. I have spoken with Kevin Russell who very kindly helped. I have set up the Portal using an email address rather than the User name, but it seems that's fine. It seems to be connected to GovConnect so we'll see what happens when I do my first pay run for 2019/20 next week. Lyn
