Hi Russell,

Just tested and was able to log in ok on Chrome. What is happening when you try?

Are you logging into Reckon Accounts Hosted 2016 or 2017?

Hi I had 5 staff logged on and all dropped out at the same time with (not responding) in the title bar. After 10 minutes I logged everone off remotely, waited another 10 minutes and tryed to logon. Now I get the message Cannot communite with the comapny file.

Hi there Melissa,

The issue affecting file server 17 have just been solved in the last couple of minutes. Can I get you to log off any active sessions with the Hosted control panel, logout, close your browser and then try again?
