Have lost direct e mail invoice to customers from QB. Error 20, keeps looking for a printer, Was working ok until re activated.

Okay did you check the system requirements? 12/13 came out 5 years before Windows 10. I can get it to work if you want to try it. Or you can buy the latest version.

Hi Kevin,
Instead of clicking on the Icon to open the program, right click and select Run as Administrator, this usually solves the problem.  The other thing you can do is right click on the icon, select the compatibility tab and select Run in compatibility mode for  Windows 7 - I have done this and it works.

Carol it also helps if you review the kb articles. There are no guarantees. As I stated already I can get it to work. I've done it dozens of times. It is rarely as simple as you suggest. Thanks for your interest
