having problems connecting to Xero

I was previously connected to Xero in Cloud POS but now Im not and it wont reconnect when I click on connect to xero.  Xero shows as the app being connected  any ideas. 
I was trying to upload my daily sales to Xero and nothing is happening

Hi Malcolm,

Clear your browsers cache and cookies for all time.  Then try connecting your cloud pos to xero again.
