having trouble deleting personal accrued leave from casual employees. It is appearing on their payslip and they are not entitled to it.

    Hi Gill

    Go to their card> payroll & compensation tab>leave details - hours avail. bring back to nil and remove the tick from 'leave liabilty' - do this for each leave - this will remove it from the payslip and stop it accruing and bring it back to nil

    many thanks for that, tried it but didn't fix it. reckon also instructed to rebuild file 3 times and that didn't work either. hope I can get it sorted soon, it appears to be a random problem.

    Hi Gill

    You have more than just accruing leave on casuals as an issue, as this should have fixed it, check all the other leave, compare reports to actual cards leave avail. and then payslips.

    I had a client with this same problem only on some employees, some full-time, some ppt, the rest were fine.  If this is the case email some of the reports and payslips, would need screenshots of the offending staff cards as well.
