Hello, Reckon One will not recognize email address, I have he correct email address but keeps telling me its not in the correct format, but it is. Any suggestions why it will not accept a valid email address when setting up up new client?
I've seen similar enquiries on this forum in the past & the issue was due to copy & paste. The email that was copied to the computers clip board included a trailing space. When pasting the email into Reckon One the trailing space was the reason for the validation.
