Help- Bank Reconciliation will not allow entry

Help - I am trying to complete a Bank reconciliation and once the close balance and date is entered, I press continue and a warning box appears with "You cannot enter service/or finance charge or interest without specifying a corresponding account" You click OK but it will not allow you to continue - can anyone suggest how to find the culprit!

    Welcome to Reckon Community!

    With regards to your query, can you have a look at the title of the program where you see the 'Company Name and Reckon Accounts Hosted Edition 2015' and see if you have (Accountant's Changes Pending) as part of the name?

    If so, you can either:
    1. Cancel the Accountant's Changes from File | Accountant's Copy, or
    2. Modify the Date to be a day before the Dividing Date. To find out the dividing date, the best way is to close and re-open the file.
