HELP !!!!!!!! PRINT FUCTION UNSTABLE

Cannot print Estimates at all from any computer in our office, we are getting over the work arounds - it wastes time having to email then print.

Hi Toni,

What's happening when you try to print? Are you getting any error messages? Where in the process is it failing?

Does it affect estimates only? Invoices & others ok?

Mainly Estimates - seems Chrome doesn't want to print anything today.
When trying to print estimates it goes to the print screen where we get to choose what printer to use - then it jams which in turn means we need to log out by way of the control panel and log back in - but still unable to print document.

I have no issue with printing estimates from Chrome (when I can actually access Accounts Hosted).

Thats great GSD Support but it doesn't help me as no one in our office can print estimates from Chrome - are there any other NZ users that also have this problem it could be an isolated issue with NZ ,
