Help - PLS setup not detecting my auskey

Hi - I've tried for 3 days now (yesterday with an IT support person too) and we cannot get my PLS set up on my new laptop. The returns for lodgement are piling up and I'm a bit desperate! I've lodged a support call this morning so hopefully will get someone to call me soon but in the meantime thought I would post on here. THe top area is greyed out, I cant select anything! Help!

My auskey is definately setup and working so thats not the issue - I can log into the portal, auskey manager, everything I need to so its something we are missing in the ELite setup

Can some one call me from Reckon Elite to fix my PLS SETUP , I have issues setting up AUSKEY it has expired , and not able to find password etc.
