Help with inconsistent terms and details on invoices!

The company I work for uses Reckon Accounts Hosted. Lately we have noticed that for certain users, terms and account no. are not prefilling for invoices (despite being entered in the customer profile). Has anyone had an issue similar and know how to rectify?

Welcome to the Reckon Community.

Check the permissions for these users - do they have Partial > View List permissions to the Lists > Customer & Supplier Profile List > Terms List.

It will also be beneficial to Resort Lists, rebuild and verify the file to ensure that minor corruptions are not contributing to the issue.
