Hi All, Hosted Reckon is not displaying any of my memorised reports, nor can I get to the price list

    I would logout completely, and log off all user sessions and try again

    Hi Graham

     

    You’ll need to be a little more specific ….

     

    • Is the program giving you an Error message or crashing/freezing or are specific Memorised Reports & Price Levels just not in your lists anymore?

     

    • Have you verified & rebuilt your data file?

    (Click on “File” along top toolbar, then “Utilities” > “Verify Data”) 

                   This can often solve some of these issues.
