HI anyone else having connection issues? Error is Unable to connect to the WebConnect Server. I am really tired of being unable to use Reckon at least once a month!

Hello Sue,

There are no reported issues or outages at the moment so looks to be an isolated case.

Is this still occurring for you today?

Hi Rav, I'm having problems logging into Hosted. It opens the black screen runs through all the connection boxes then stops, and shuts the tab down. Been doing this for over 7hrs. Tried on 3 different devices.

HI Adam,
Head into the Hosted control panel and then into 'Log off Remote Sessions"

Please end any active sessions you find in here and then logout (use the logout option in the top right)

Close your browser and then try again, does the problem persist?
