    If they have separate cards, different TFN it can't be unless you have paid them both from the same employee card.  Or do you mean only one employee is uploading to the ATO?

    Hi, they have separate TFNs, not sure what you mean by employee cards, the full amount was uploaded to ATO but on 1 employee, is there a contact number so I can discuss further, thank you
