Hi Could some one please tell me how to backup my files to memory stick

    What program? If it’s Reckon One I don’t believe there is a backup feature, it’s cloud based. However I too am confused because I use Reckon Hosted, which is also cloud based, and I can backup and download those files

    To explain that a little. Reckon Accounts Hosted is certainly cloud based but its architecture is quite significantly different and more mature than Reckon One which is typically a more 'pure' end to end cloud solution like other SaaS solutions.
