HI how do I set up personal and annual leave to accrue on variable hours worked each week?

Hi Sandy,

Welcome to the Reckon Community.

You should set up Holiday Hourly payroll items to calculate the leave accruals per hour worked.  In this way leave will accrue only for the hours worked in the pay period.  You may want to check with your Accountant on the correct hourly accrual rate to use.

Hi John

What is the accrual rate i enter into the leave details when setting up a part time employee.  I have never used Reckon for wages before.

Hi Leanne,
To work out the rate you use the same formula as when working out the rate for full-time employees.
