Hi, I am attempting to email Payment Summaries however my hosted session appears to be frozen -stopped on form 25 of 85 - please help

Hi Michelle,
Welcome to Reckon community. I would suggest close down the session and from the launch Recon accounts page, click on control, go to log off remote session and log your session off. 
close the web browser and start a fresh session and this should fix the issue.
