Hi, I am having trouble with the STP app. I log in then a company search screen comes up then I choose my business and it asked me to sign in again so I do that and it takes me back to the company s search again it just goes around in circled

Sorry to hear that's happening Scott,
Which version of the app are you using? ie. iOS/Android and which phone are you using?

Could you try deleting the app in full and then re-downloading it and try again then let me know if the same issue occurs for you?

I am using the iPhone app. Yes I deleted the app and reloaded it but because I have entered some details in the app prior to deleting it, it still recognise me. So when I enter my sign in details, it lets me in, but then won’t let me get past the business search part of the app.

Hi Scott,
We've released an update for the free STP app which should resolve the issue you're experiencing. Can you please update to the latest version from your App Store and confirm if you're able to login successfully (or not).

Hi Rav, I seem to be having exactly the same issues going around in circles, can you please advise how this can be fixed so I can log in and proceed with the set up
