Hi I have installed 2018 Reckon Accounts Enterprise but now can't locate my data in 2017 to move across to the new version

    Perform a Windows File Explorer SEARCH for al files called something ending in .QBW   (ie:   *.QBW)  and take a close look at the last modified DATE of that DATA file,  to be sure it is the right company file you last used.      (Assuming you know what networked computer the file is on,  if not sitting directly on the actual host server PC that contains the main company DATA file.

    Hi Julie,

    If the data file is not in the default folder it must have been saved by someone who chose a different location for it. When you save a file you are asked where you want to put it so you could select somewhere else than the default folder C:\users/public/Documents/Intuit/Company Files
