Hi Rav, Please help urgently

I have an issue lodging STP. I have contacted the ATO - they say to contact Reckon. I have been on hold for 48 minutes and can't hold any longer.
I am getting the following error as below on Reckon Hosted.
Should I revoke the MFA and redo it? The ABN etc is correct. There is no error codeimage

Please can I get some assistance as I have 5 company Payroll files to upload. 2 are ok, 3 are in error from last week and I need to lodge tomorrow for this week.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    I did try again and have in fact lodged one of them 3 times and continue to get the same error message

    Hi Colleen,
    Do you have an Advisor nominated for this STP entity in your Company & Advisor section?



    Or are you an nominated advisor yourself for a client and submitting STP pay events on their behalf?

    Hi Rav, thanks for getting back to me. I am nominated as the adviser and am processing the payroll and submitting the STP. I created the Gov Connect with the owners e-mail addresses, but the other 2 I am having no issues with are through my e-mail address. I want to change the govconnect for these to my e-mail address but don't know how to cancel these first as if I try to amend the e-mail it states that my email address is already in use. (thus is through Reckon)
