    We do link to Reckon Accounts, Desktop and Hosted, and do Sync the Invoices hourly, we would be able to generate a daily PDF to you of the day  from our CRM reporting services http://www.creatacrm.com.au/reporting.html

    You can create a custom report totaled by payment method default date "today" and memorise it under say EOD group memorised reports.
