Historical Leave Balances

I need to source historical LSL accruals at a specific date for some employees, ie. their LSL accrual at the 10 year mark etc.

When I look at historical payslips the accruals are blank and I cannot assume that they are due the full 8.67 weeks LSL as all worked permanent and permanent part time during the 10 year period due to downturns in our industry.

Does anyone have an insight on how to retrieve this data?

Thanks d

I have done this recently. I exported payroll reports for each person into excel, stared calculations at the date they reached 8.67 weeks and added 0.63334 per week to the table to calculate the point which is current (but not yet 10 years)

Just wondering would it have saved time by downloading the Long Service Calculation from the internet. You are given Years, Months and Days.

    Only a query. Shirley

The main issue for these staff is that during their 10+ years of service they have varied between full time and perm p/t so there will be an element of pro rata accruals, I was hoping there would be a simple historical report in Reckon but maybe not...

Reckon would give you the info you request if you set it up with the employees when each of them start work. You can use the other leave options as LSL and it will start to calculate time for everyone. But the problem here is that most never reach 7 years.
