I too am receiving this error for one particular account of ours. Reckon - is this going to be rectified soon?

Just tested logging in without any problems. No issues with Hosted services at the moment.

Can you both check if you have any active sessions in the Hosted control panel and if so, end them before logging out and trying again after 5 minutes.

Does this occur if you attempt to login on a different browser?
