Hosted Inventory - how to select individual stock items

Using Reckon Hosted - How do I set up inventory to identify and select individual items to bill out. For example, I have received into stock 36 rolls of carpet - I want to receive them as individual rolls with their roll numbers so that when I bill them out to a customer I can select the particular roll that comes out of the warehouse. is this possible?
