When I launch Hosted 2017 R2 from the welcome screen, it opens to a black screen. I've tried rebooting the PC etc. to no avail. HELP!

I have the same issue now n again but i just restart the program and all is fine with mine....oh I run Reckon through Google Chrome too if that helps

Glenn.  Have you gone to the Control Panel and then to Log off Remote Sessions under System Maintenance.  Close off any remote sessions, logout of Reckon, close the tab and then close your browser completely and then restart it.  This tends to fix problems most of the time.
