Hosted - multiple disconnections today

We (2 users in the office) are experiencing multiple disconnections today with Reckon Hosted.  Our internet connection appears to be stable as we are using other internet based programs without issue. 

The error message we receive is The session with host "10.62.40.3" has been disconnected.  The session was replaced.  

Is there any technical issue currently?
