Hosted not launching 2017R2 from Chrome on my Moto G5+ mobile

Logged into hosted on my mobile in Chrome. After launching 2017R2 it opens a new window, shows it is trying to connect and then it closes the window again.

Have checked if any other user needed to be logged off, cleared browser history but still the same issue.

Other suggestions?

Hello Ernie,

I'm sorry but Reckon Accounts Hosted will not run on a mobile phone.  It will run on a tablet.
