Hi all,

As at 6pm, some customers have been reporting that they are unable to log into Accounts Hosted.

Users are reporting that they are reviving the following message when attempting to log in;



Our technical teams are currently investigating this occurrence.

Appologies if any inconvenience has resulted because of this.

This has happened a few times before, therefore you might know what the issue is? Here's hoping. Will we get an estimated time, or should those of us that do our books at night just forget about it tonight?

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled has the system crashed? it says" unable to connect to load balancing server".

It through me out mid transaction with an error, and now I can not get back in .. something about "unable to connect to load balancing server".. is there a problem?
