How can change the send from email address for Reckon Accounts hosted forms

    Hi Adam,
    Outbound emails from Reckon Accounts Hosted will show the email address accountshosted@reckon.com, this cannot be changed.

    Customers receiving emails from accountshosted@reckon.com and not from my email address.

    I understand that "accountshosted@reckon.com" this is the case when I send Invoices and statements.  It is not the case when I select forms to email such as payslips.

    When emailing payslips I want to change the default from email address.
    I cant find anywhere to do this.  Staff are replying back to the emailed payslip they receive and it is going to the wrong department.

    did you find a solution to the above issue?

    When people reply from emails sent from Reckon, they are all going to one email address.

    Would like one email for when we send invoices and another return address for payslips.

    Hi Megan

    The reason for this is because Hosted is on Reckon's own servers rather than just "online" (aka in the cloud)

    As a workaround, I would recommend adding a note in the default email text like "This email address is unmonitored & cannot be used to receive mail. Please direct all queries regarding the above, to ..."

    Hi @megan

    The reply-to email address is the one designated in the Company Information section (Company ➡ Company Information).


    Unfortunately, there isn't way to have multiple reply-to email addresses, all outbound emails will come through to the one that is listed in the Email field in the above.

    I would however recommend that you submit this as a feature request on our Ideas Portal linked below. Our dev team look at popular ideas as voted by users to see what can be included in future releases where feasible.
