How can I manage the exported files in Reckon Hosted?

When I have exported files from Reckon Hosted they are saved to what ever folder I have open at the time on the "Q" drive.

I now have files saved where they should not be... how can I do some file management and get them to where I want them... and delete those that are not required.

Hoping someone can help me with a solution to my problem!

    Thank you for the post!

    This actually depends whether you have shared your file to other users or not? If you have shared, we advise you to speak to us as we may need to check with our IT to help you with deletion, but if it is single user, you could relocate or delete it as you want just by following CTRL+ C to copy and  Ctrl + D to delete. 

    Make sure you check the file first, get it right or even make sure to have a back up and then go ahead with deleting if need be.

    In this matter, if you are unsure about anything, I would simply advise you to speak to us on 1300 799 150 as it could mess up with networks and sharing issues.

    Thanks Babi... is there a way to see what is on the "Q Drive" other than via the download button?

    Hi Leonie,

    You can only view the contents of the Q Drive from within the options in your company file.

    If you head over to File > Open Restore a Company File > Open a company file > At the bottom of the dialog box under 'Files of type' change to 'All Files'. You'll be able to view all files within the drive regardless of their type/extension.
