How can I paste a paragraph into the memo field of a supplier bill in one go?

I am trying to copy and paste a paragraph into the memo field when entering my supplier's bill.

It will only let me do one line at a time.

    Hello Leeanne,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    The memo field can only take one line.  A line is defined by an "end of line" marker (created by hitting a carriage return) from the source of your text.  If you make your paragraph "one line" (no end of line market) then its one line and will be accepted.  But be warned, in a report, the display of the memo field is limited to around 95 characters.
